HM-KY40 Conjointed Box Pressing Machine is an automatic equipment for conjoint box pressing in automatic production line.

The machine adopts intermittent working mode. After the conjoinedt box (the top box is connected with the bottom box by a reinforcing piece), the machine is hooked up intermittently from the conveyor belt. The uncapping mechanism adopts pneumatic device. The vacuum suction nozzle sucks the top box and controls uncapping along the semicircle track. After the box is uncapping, it is moved to the frame pressing position, the mold is set into the bottom box to expand and hold the inner cavity of bottom box. Four pressing plates on the outer four sides are pressed at the same time. After the mold is released from the pressing plate, the box is output backward. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the working parameters are set by touch screen.
