HM-GH40 Automatic Cover Box Machine is an automatic equipment for the production of cover box process of various top boxes and bottom boxes in automatic production lines.

 

The working mode of the machine is: the mouth of the bottom box is facing upward, continuously moving at a constant speed on the conveyor belt, and the mouth of the top box is facing downward, and feeding is carried out from another conveyor belt in the running

direction of the parallel box (the direction of the conveyor belt can also be modified to feed in the vertical bottom box direction).After the robot grabs the top box, it moves to the bottom box, follows the bottom box and presses down. After the cover box is completed, the robot will pick the next top box and cover. This cycle works. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the working parameters are set by the touch screen.
